Position Summary
The Carpenter is responsible for performing construction and repair work on residential and commercial properties as part of restoration and rebuild projects. This role requires strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete repairs efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Perform carpentry and construction repairs following water, fire, storm, or other property damage Complete framing, drywall installation and finishing, trim work, flooring, and basic painting as required Repair or replace damaged structural and finish components Measure, cut, and install materials accurately according to project scope Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Read and follow work orders, scopes of work, and project instructions Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Load, transport, and properly maintain tools, equipment, and materials Communicate job progress and issues with supervisors and team members Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup to maintain a professional work environment Requirements & Qualifications
Proven carpentry or construction experience Working knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods Ability to read measurements and perform basic construction math Proficient with hand and power tools Dependable, punctual, and reliable attendance Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Ability to follow safety procedures and job site protocols What We Offer
