Summary The Intake Specialist position consists of providing overall support for and a positive influence at the NWS intake center, organizational culture, and functional workflow. The Intake Specialist is the first point of care for engaging prospective patients in treatment at Neuro Wellness Spa. Top priorities are stellar customer service, administrative organization, efficiency regarding patient registration, scheduling, and referrals.

Responsibilities

Answer and tag initial calls, call back any missed calls, discuss NWS and treatments available

Completing pre‑admission tasks such as gathering client information, verifying insurance benefits, discussing financial responsibility, completing COVID screening

Send Intake documents to patients via FormDr

Input patient data through Salesforce workflow to completion

Check intake docs and follow up with patients that have not completed them

Create DrChrono accounts and schedule initial consultations once documents are received

Respond to all Contact Forms Submissions with appropriate treatment and input all data points

Respond to all emails sent to NWS Referrals email and take action accordingly
