Account Manager
to join our Personal Lines team. If you have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you!
This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely. Because we value in-person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable traveling distance to one of our VT or NH locations.

What You Bring
Prior industry exposure
An active Property & Casualty License
A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
A team-oriented mindset and high level of self-motivation
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system (preferred, not required)
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Salary Range $45,000—$55,000 USD
