
Property Manager – Growth Opportunity

What You’ll Do Depending on experience level, responsibilities may include:
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of one or more residential communities
Lead, mentor, and support onsite teams (leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff)
Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and community performance
Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts to meet financial objectives
Ensure properties are compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
Oversee leasing activity, renewals, and resident retention strategies
Partner with maintenance teams on preventive maintenance, capital improvements, and work orders
Handle resident concerns with professionalism and a solution‑oriented mindset
Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience in multifamily property management (Property Manager, or Senior PM level)
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Financial acumen, including budgeting and variance management
Resident‑first mindset with high standards for service and professionalism
Experience with property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, AppFolio, or similar preferred)
Desire to grow, learn, and advance within a company that invests in its people
