We are seeking an experienced
Property Manager
to oversee a portfolio of commercial shopping centers based out of our Hollywood, FL office. This is a high-visibility role offering exposure to all aspects of commercial real estate ownership, operations, asset management, and financial performance.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on commercial property management professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
Position Overview As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations, financial oversight, tenant relations, and physical condition of assigned shopping center assets. You will work closely with senior leadership and directly impact asset performance and value creation.
Travel is required approximately 35–37% (about every 6 weeks) for property site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Senior Asset Manager and Director of Operations to execute asset strategy
Manage tenant and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and compliance
Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
Ensure accuracy of property management software, reporting, and documentation
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed operational reports
Assist with annual budgeting and financial forecasting
Address tenant inquiries and resolve service‑related matters promptly and professionally
Support lease renewals and monitor rental increases/escalations
Oversee Accounts Receivable, general ledger reporting, and CAM reconciliations
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate experience (shopping center management required)
Strong financial acumen with experience in CAM reconciliations and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems
Valid Driver’s License required
Ability to commute to or relocate to Hollywood, FL
