Associate Advisor - High Growth RIA in Fairfax
Our client, one of northern Virginia's fastest growing independent RIA's, is looking to add an Associate Advisor to their growing financial planning team. This person will be responsible for working closely with their advisory team members to provide day-to-day support to clients and prospects, assist with and ultimately prepare financial plans, and prepare and manage the follow-up of client meetings.
Responsibilities
Ensuring timely responses to client correspondence and inquiries.
Identifying opportunities to improve our client service processes.
Assist with the client onboarding process.
Capture, organize, and audit client data and net worth statements to support the Advisors in providing comprehensive and proactive advice.
Building financial plans using MoneyGuidePro under the supervision of the Advisors and, over time, independently.
Participating in client meetings by preparing materials beforehand, engaging in the meeting, creating post-meeting documentation, and following up with post-meeting deliverables.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in finance
Desire to obtain CFP designation
$75K - $85K dependent on experience
