We are seeking a licensed, high-performing insurance sales producer with a proven track record to join our team. Ideal candidates consistently produce $50K+ in monthly premium, are hungry, goal-driven, and want to earn $200K+ annually. As an experienced insurance sales producer, you will sell auto, home, life, and business insurance to new and existing clients. You will manage your own pipeline, convert leads, and close high-value policies. This role is perfect for self-motivated, competitive sales professionals who thrive in a results-driven environment. You will be guaranteed at least 10+ warm leads per day and have the flexibility to broker business outside of Farmers for clients who have pricing objections, ensuring no opportunity is lost. Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license Proven track record producing $50K+ monthly premiums Minimum 3-5 years of high-level insurance sales experience Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Comfortable working fully remote with virtual meetings and CRM systems Company Description
