Senior Analyst, Commercial Finance

who will act as a highly visible finance partner in supporting fast‑moving, high‑volume regions with complex commercial dynamics. This role is designed for someone who can quickly take ownership, operate with minimal ramp‑up, and confidently influence decisions across sales, commercial, and executive stakeholders in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Success in this role means building trusted relationships early, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, and translating financial insights into clear, actionable guidance that drives business outcomes. Performance & Insights Operate with a strong ownership mindset, taking accountability for end‑to‑end regional performance insights. Navigate ambiguity by synthesizing inputs from multiple sources to deliver timely, decision‑ready analysis. Partner closely with commercial stakeholders to anticipate business challenges and proactively surface opportunities. Planning & Forecasting Own regional inputs for planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Improve forecast accuracy through advanced analytics and business partnership. Revenue Growth & Pricing Support execution of revenue management strategies, including pricing, trade investment, and promotional effectiveness. Analyze ROI of commercial investments and recommend actions to optimize spend and maximize profitability. Act as a financial steward to ensure disciplined pricing, investment, and decision‑making aligned to company strategy. Tools, Systems & Analytical Capability Leverage advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities to build insights, visualizations, and scalable reporting solutions. Contribute to ongoing evolution of reporting, analytics, and financial systems, including adoption of new tools and data sources. Support continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, data quality, and analytical methodologies in partnership with Commercial Operations and IT. Business Partnership & Influence Serve as a trusted advisor to Regional, Commercial, and Sales leadership, influencing decisions through strong financial acumen and confident communication. Balance analytical depth with strong interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with both office‑based and field stakeholders. Support high‑visibility discussions with senior leadership by clearly articulating financial implications, trade‑offs, and recommendations. What You\'ll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Technical Certifications: CPA, CFA a plus Experience in beverage alcohol or CPG preferred, ideally within a high‑volume, multi‑distributor operating model Proven experience partnering with Sales, Commercial, or Revenue Management teams to influence business decisions in a fast‑paced environment Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Power BI or similar analytics and visualization tools Ability to quickly take ownership of workstreams and operate independently with minimal ramp‑up Demonstrated comfort working in environments where systems, processes, and priorities continue to evolve Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence non‑financial audiences Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate, timely insights under pressure Strategic, commercially minded thinker with a bias toward action and continuous improvement Compensation

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
