Human Resources Analyst- Employee Relations

Would you enjoy a fast paced work environment where your primary responsibility is to support multiple work groups with their employee relations issues?We are looking for an experienced human resources professional who is highly versed in employee relations. The primary function for this vacancy is employee relations which will involve coordinating and completing workplace investigations, participating in formal and informal performance improvement meetings, and making disciplinary recommendations, etc. The other functions of this position will consist of recruitment & selection, compensation/classification, employee activities, etc. Hybrid work schedule is an option after initial training is completed- 3 days per week in office is required. Under direction, performs professional, technical and analytical work related to human resources activities, including employee relations, recruitment and selection, and classification/compensation studies.
