About The Team This role supports the AWS Go‑to‑Market organization, a high‑visibility group focused on sales and business development within the commercial space. The team operates in a collaborative, supportive environment with tenured recruiters who share candidates, partner closely, and value strong communication. Hiring managers are described as approachable and easy to work with, making this a relationship‑driven recruiting environment.
Role Overview The Recruiter I will support high‑touch recruiting for AWS sales and business development roles. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a partnership‑oriented environment, enjoys sourcing passive talent, and is motivated by filling enticing, high‑impact roles for a globally recognized employer brand.
Key Responsibilities Daily Responsibilities
Manage a requisition load of approximately 12–15 roles
Conduct sourcing activities, including passive sourcing and Boolean search strategies (≈60%)
Prepare and guide candidates through the interview process (≈30%)
Complete administrative recruiting tasks and reporting (≈10%)
Participate in daily team interactions, meetings, and hiring manager touchpoints
Work Environment
Highly collaborative, supportive, and experienced recruiting team
Standard Monday–Friday schedule
No overtime, weekend, or holiday work expected
