
Personal Line Account Manager

Our client, a rapidly growing insurance brokerage firm, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. This is a senior level position responsible for managing and servicing a multi million dollar book of personal business while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
A personal Lines Account Manager manages, retains, and grows a book of personal insurance business, serving as the primary client contact. Key duties include managing renewals, remarketing policies, cross‑selling, and handling day‑to‑day service needs. Requirements include an active P&C license, 2+ years of experience, and strong Applied Systems / EPIC experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
Act as the main contact for assigned clients, nurturing relationships, and ensuring high satisfaction. Renewals & Remarketing:
Proactively handle renewals, including marketing accounts to carriers, negotiating, and delivering proposals. Account Rounding:
Identify opportunities to cross‑sell and round out accounts with additional products. Policy Servicing:
Process policy changes, endorsements, binders, and certificates of insurance. System Usage:
Maintain accurate, real‑time data in agency management systems like Applied Epic. Required Qualifications
License:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in MA Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of personal lines account management experience. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred). Education:
High School diploma (required), Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
