Job Details We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Leasing Manager to join our team at our property located in Austin, TX 78739.
Responsibilities
Achieve targeted occupancy levels for the property
Work with Property Manager and Regional Manager to coordinate the property marketing plan
Greeting, qualifying, and closing prospects by taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, qualifying prospects on type, size, price and available amenities, showing units/models and touring the property, using closing techniques, and following up with calls
Ensure all reports are completed in a timely manner
Review and approve lease applications
Develop a good rapport with residents and assist in resolving resident problems
Plan and coordinate budgeted resident events and activities
Prepare resident fliers for distribution
Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience as a Leasing Manager in the multifamily industry
Solid sales and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Active listening skills and willingness to learn
Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time‑management skills
Strong computer skills
Bilingual
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of One‑Site software
