Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist (Sales Role)

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company actively buying residential properties across multiple markets. We move fast, close deals, and provide consistent lead flow so our team can focus on what they do best — closing.

We are expanding in the New York City market and looking for a driven, sales-focused acquisitions specialist who knows how to build rapport, negotiate, and lock up deals.

What You’ll Be Doing (This is a SALES role)

Speak with motivated property owners and build strong relationships

Follow up on inbound and outbound leads (we provide leads)

Analyze deals quickly and confidently make offers

Negotiate directly with sellers to get contracts signed

Consistently push deals from conversation → contract

Stay on top of your pipeline and follow up until deals close

What We’re Looking For

Strong sales skills (real estate experience is a plus, not required)

Confident communicator — you know how to control a conversation

Persistent — you don’t let leads go cold

Competitive mindset — you want to win and close deals

Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively

Self-motivated and money-driven
