Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent based in Cleveland, OH, with the opportunity for some work‑from‑home flexibility. Key responsibilities include representing clients in lease and sale negotiations for commercial properties, assisting with land acquisitions and dispositions, and supporting investment sales. The role also involves managing client relationships, conducting market research, and providing expert insights to meet client needs.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License
Strong skills and experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Motivated self‑starter with a results‑driven mindset
Proven knowledge of market trends, property management, or commercial leasing preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
