Entry‑Level Real Estate Agent .
Are you new to the field or currently producing less than $5 million in sales? This opportunity is ideal for those looking to advance their careers by collaborating with top‑performing agents and gaining hands‑on experience in a vibrant, team‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales agent to assist clients in finding suitable homes
Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their home search criteria
Draft and negotiate offers for the sales agent and clients
Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation
Host open houses at least three weekends each month
Engage in weekly script practice in accordance with team standards
Take part in team activities as per team guidelines
Monitor and record tasks and activities using Brivity Technology
Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.
