
AI Digital Operations Specialist

We are looking for a hands‑on AI Automation Specialist to join our IT team and help streamline day‑to‑day operations through the use of generative AI and AI agents. This role is ideal for someone early in their AI career who has practical experience using modern AI tools to automate repetitive, rules‑based work and is eager to grow their skills in a real‑world enterprise environment.
You will focus on analyzing existing IT processes, identifying opportunities for AI‑driven improvement, and designing, building, and maintaining AI‑powered agents that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and support more efficient ways of working.
This is not a research or data science role—it is a practical, execution‑focused position for someone who enjoys building solutions and seeing them adopted by real users.
Key Responsibilities AI Automation, Analysis & Agent Development
Review existing IT processes and workflows to identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for AI‑driven optimization
Design, build, and implement custom AI agents and AI‑assisted workflows to automate tasks such as data handling, ticket triage, documentation support, and routine process steps
Use generative AI tools and LLM‑based platforms to create task‑focused, reliable automations
Develop and refine AI prompts and workflows to improve accuracy, consistency, and usefulness of outputs
Test AI agents thoroughly to ensure reliability, usability, and responsible use of data
End‑to‑End Agent Support
Support the full lifecycle of AI agents, including:
Initial design and configuration
Testing and validation
Rollout and user support
Ongoing updates and improvements as needs evolve
Maintain clear documentation for AI agents, including usage instructions, limitations, and known issues
Work closely with IT team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand day‑to‑day challenges
Act as a bridge between technology and end users, explaining AI tools and solutions in clear, non‑technical terms
Support adoption of AI tools by responding to questions, gathering feedback, and suggesting improvements
Stay current with new AI tools and best practices related to automation and productivity
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in an IT, automation, or technical support environment
Hands‑on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., AI copilots, chat‑based AI, automation platforms)
Experience creating AI‑driven workflows or agents for repetitive tasks (professional, academic, or personal projects)
Basic understanding of how large language models (LLMs) work and their strengths and limitations
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly, take direction, and work independently with guidance
This position does not require travel.
Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements ).
Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have) Qualifications
Experience with:
AI automation platforms, low‑code/no‑code tools, or basic scripting
Prompt engineering for task automation
IT service management tools or internal workflow systems
Familiarity with data privacy, security, or responsible AI concepts
Interest in developing deeper skills in AI, automation, or process improvement over time
