Supersure is building a modern commercial insurance operation designed to scale quickly without sacrificing service quality. This Account Manager role is for experienced commercial lines pros who can
manage a book independently
and help us
build the operating muscle
of a new agency. You’ll balance client advisory and operational execution across core and specialty commercial lines. You’ll also be part of the early team shaping how service works at Supersure, which means you will not just follow process, you will help improve it as we grow. $85k–$125k (depending on experience) + 2.5% commission on renewed business Healthcare:

Own a portfolio of commercial clients
across GL, Property, BOP, WC, Auto, EPLI, Cyber, and related coverages, delivering high‑trust, high‑responsiveness service. Run renewals end‑to‑end
with a “never auto‑renew” mindset, coordinating remarkets when needed and ensuring clients clearly understand tradeoffs. Balance advisory and execution : provide practical guidance to SMB owners while also handling day‑to‑day service needs like endorsements, certificates, claims support, and compliance requests. Partner with placement specialists and producers
to market accounts effectively, keep handoffs clean, and drive retention and cross‑sell outcomes. Operate in build mode : help establish and improve workflows, checklists, templates, and service standards as we scale, and raise issues early with proposed fixes. Use technology and automation
to reduce manual work and increase consistency, while keeping client communication personal and clear. Maintain clean documentation and operational discipline
in the AMS so the team can scale without losing visibility or quality. Required Qualifications
4+ years of commercial lines account management or client service experience in an agency, brokerage, carrier, MGA, or wholesaler environment. Strong working knowledge of commercial coverages and the operational workflow behind endorsements, renewals, certificates, and claims support. Demonstrated ability to manage renewals and daily service independently, including prioritizing work, coordinating stakeholders, and meeting deadlines. Tech savvy and open to modern tools and systems, able to learn new platforms quickly and use them consistently (Applied Epic or similar). Builder mentality: comfortable operating in an environment where processes are evolving, and motivated to help create structure and consistency. Practical understanding of how commissions work in an agency environment and why clean documentation impacts downstream financial reporting, even if you are not responsible for designing the commission or accounting processes. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, consistently leveraging them to analyze data, and communicate insights effectively. Property & Casualty license required. Must be based in Dallas, TX area and able to work in‑office in the North Dallas area. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast growing agency or a period of operational change, including helping improve workflows, service standards, or handoffs. Comfort working across both standard markets and more complex placements where coordination and follow through matter. Passion for exploring and implementing AI technologies to automate routine tasks, improve decision‑making accuracy, and elevate the quality of client guidance. Experience with end‑to‑end agency workflows and a continuous improvement mindset, consistently identifying opportunities to reduce friction and elevate the client experience. Experience using modern commercial tools (AMS, comparative raters, digital submission workflows) or strong interest in adopting them quickly. Industry designations such as CIC or equivalent.
