Job Summary The Service Porter plays a crucial role in supporting vehicle maintenance and service operations. This position involves working closely with Product Specialists, Service Managers, Sales Managers, support staff, and customers to ensure vehicles are delivered in excellent condition and customers are fully satisfied.
Responsibilities
Lead yourself and the team in alignment with the Company’s Vision and Mission
Remove vehicle protective coverings and identification tags before returning vehicles to customers
Inspect vehicles for damage before delivery and report any issues immediately
Clean the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles
Maintain a neat and organized vehicle lot by moving units as directed and following dealership display standards
Pick up and deliver vehicles from and to storage locations
Test batteries on customer vehicles in the service drive
Maintain building and grounds as needed
Assist with shop cleanup and deliveries as required

Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate an automobile
Ability to safely handle machinery
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
Strong customer service skills
Authorization to work in the USA
Ability to perform all essential duties safely and satisfactorily
Successful completion of pre‑employment testing including background check, motor vehicle record review, drug test, and credit report
