by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, assisting with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, ensuring the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department
Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture
Set and attain Nursing Department goals
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations
Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field
Unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
C.P.R. Certification
At least 2 years of R.N. experience
Prior experience managing a nursing department and 5 years of R.N. experience is preferable
Willingness to invest in the right candidate
