We areseekinga motivated and hardworking individual to join our team at Bish’s RV as a Lot Porter.This roleisresponsiblefortransporting RV units within the dealershipsas well asmaintainingthe cleanliness of the lot.
Key Objectives
Ensure timely and safe movement of RVs across the lot for sales, service, and delivery needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of dealership grounds
Responsibilities
Move and park RVs, trailers, and motorhomes as directed
Assist with staging and prepping units for delivery or pickup
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lot, inventory units, and display areas
Deliver and retrieve RVs for service, detail, or sales
Assist with snow removal and other weather-related upkeep
Follow all safety protocols when moving RVs
What you’ll bring
Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Prior forklift experience preferred but not necessary
Comfortable operating and maneuvering RVs, trailers, and large vehicles (training provided)
Able to work in all weather conditions
Ability to pass a background and drug test
Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
Expected Results
RVs are moved safely and on schedule to meet internal deadlines
Lot remains clean, organized, and visually appealing for customers
Sales and service operations are supported through efficient lot movementUnit damage is avoided through careful handling and attention to detail
Resources
On-the-job training for RV movement and dealership procedures
Safety equipment and uniforms provided
Support from managers, sales, and service teams
