Coordinate and verify receiving tickets, purchase orders, and invoices for proper coding and approvals. Prepare journal entries as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficiency in computer systems and accounting software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage guest relations with professionalism. Detail-oriented with solid mathematical and organizational abilities. Prior experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections is preferred.
