Overview Sr. Specialist, Business Operations – would sit within the central Agency & Partnership Management team, focusing on Paid Media Agency relations and vendor management. This role would be a central point of contract for all Global Media Agency operations including all media vendors across all segments globally. Responsibilities Independently plan and execute operational processes. Collaborate internally to optimize workflows and drive process improvements. Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes. Determine appropriate actions while considering alternative solutions. Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets. Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners. Create, analyze, maintain, and report on performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs). Minimum Qualifications 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications 3 years in marketing business operations. Additional Responsibilities Responsible for media agency billing management and operational stability including daily management of internal billing processes, XFN liaison, and monitoring and reporting for upcoming and pending approvals for SVP+ level. Daily monitoring and management within Ariba Spend Management systems for billing/invoice reconciliation management. Administrative Manager for all media agency workers including onboarding/offboarding (CWs), XFN liaison, and compliance monitoring and reporting. Proactive oversight and monitoring of media authorization submission and approvals. Accountable for completing all required responsibilities of a marketing vendor manager with Third Party Management as required by the Enterprise TPM team, including maintaining TPM records of third-party vendors in PayPal systems and ensuring information is current. Key partner for commercial & privacy legal regarding contracts/legal terms with third party vendors; understand updates to legal terms and submit those updates for review through a defined process. Managing relationships with Global Media Agency and third-party vendors including cadence check-ins, reviews of service and team structure, innovation roadmaps, and development/maintenance of a joint business plan. Collecting, prioritizing and documenting marketing use cases with third party vendors for all countries and segments, with ongoing monitoring to ensure data sharing accuracy and alignment with PayPal’s privacy/legal position. Coordinator for approvals and setup of data passage with Martech/Privacy/InfoSec. The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is: Primary Location : Pay Range: New York City, New York : ($88,500.00 - $126,500.00 Annually) Additional Location(s) : Pay Range: No other locations are assigned to this requisition currently. Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
