SHIK Consulting Group is expanding and hiring Marketing Communications Associates to support campaign delivery, customer engagement, and brand representation across the DC metro area. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training and clear expectations from day one. About the position This role combines communication, marketing, and customer interaction. You’ll be part of a team responsible for executing campaigns and ensuring brand messaging is delivered clearly and consistently. Rather than sitting behind a desk, you’ll be actively involved in how campaigns are presented and how customers respond to them. Key responsibilities Represent client brands and communicate directly with customers Support the rollout and execution of marketing campaigns Deliver clear, professional messaging around products and services Assist with customer acquisition and sales objectives Work with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets Work directly with customers in person as part of live campaigns How you’ll develop You’ll start with structured training focused on communication, campaign knowledge, and client interaction. As you gain confidence, you’ll take on more responsibility and play a bigger role in campaign performance.
