We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our service team at Lexus Monterey Peninsula. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the service department by managing inquiries and appointments effectively.

Responsibilities
Respond to all incoming service inquiries via phone, website, and online chat.
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Coordinate customer questions and concerns with appropriate service personnel.
Make outbound calls regarding upcoming appointments and vehicle services due.
Assist customers in selecting appropriate scheduling options.
Provide information about service pricing, durations, warranty coverage, and service packages.
Manage paperwork, documentation, and records related to service appointments.
Track and manage loaner vehicles for customers.
Confirm special order parts status.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Work Environment

High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred.
Dependable and highly professional work ethic.
Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient with computer and internet applications, including Microsoft Office.
Experience with dealership software and Reynolds and Reynolds is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and reliable attendance.
