Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paid Internship role in Sales and Marketing based in San Diego, CA. Interns will assist in creating and executing sales and marketing strategies, engage directly with customers to build relationships, and support event-based campaigns designed to increase sales and brand awareness. Interns will also receive hands-on training in sales techniques and collaborate with the team to reach client goals while gaining valuable industry experience. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, customers, and team members Skills in Sales and Sales Management to assist in executing strategies and meeting targets Experience or interest in Training and mentorship to support team development and individual growth Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus Team Member Benefits & Compensation This position has an income range of $50,000 - $80,000 in your first year. The above range represents the expected earnings for this position through a base pay and commission. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and performance.
