
CRM Marketing Coordinator - Fashion Brand NYC

Our client, a fashion brand, is seeking a CRM Marketing Coordinator Temp to join their NYC team on a temporary basis.
Needs strong understanding of CRM tools and marketing orchestration platforms like Braze, Snowflake, Powerbi, Census
Responsibilities
Support the creation and deployment of targeted CRM campaigns (e.g. social media, email, direct mail, SMS and web) and provide support to all customer retention efforts
Own the briefing and execution process from start to finish on all CRM/lifecycle campaigns
Execute campaign setup including audience selection, segmentation, scheduling, and link tracking
Perform detailed QA across all campaigns to ensure accuracy in content, links, personalization, and rendering
Monitor campaign sends and flag any issues or inconsistencies in real time
Coordinate CRM campaign assets, approvals, and timelines in collaboration with marketing, retail, and merchandising teams.
Help maintain audience lists, suppression files, and data accuracy within CRM tools
Perform market analysis and research on competition and publish weekly
Pull and share basic campaign performance metrics (click rate, conversion)
Assist with A/B test setup and documentation of results
Qualifications
1 – 2 years of related experience and excellent knowledge of MS Office
Strong understanding of CRM tools, preferred knowledge of a marketing orchestration platform I.E braze, Snowflake, Powerbi, Census
Analytical mindset and innate curiosity
Ability to project manage, develop timelines, and own processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Natural problem-solver and self-starter
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
