Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals to drive product/service awareness and sales
Implement targeted outbound lead generation programs and manage response flow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute persona-based and account-based marketing campaigns
Monitor, optimize, and develop web content to enhance SEO visibility and ranking
Compile and present campaign results and insights to management and stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, marketing, business, or related discipline
3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a life science environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under deadlines and pressure
Proven experience with digital marketing channels and data analytics
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the drug discovery and/or research animal model industry
Strong knowledge of marketing software, including Salesforce and Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with market research and voice of customer methods
Ability to quickly learn new software and applications
Experience with Canva is a plus
