Sales and marketing chops—personalized connections and creative campaigns drive leasing performance and community enthusiasm.
Follow-through—understanding prospective residents’ needs and continuously providing tailored updates to paint a picture of community life.
A genuine desire to help both residents and colleagues in Creating a Better Way to Live.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
1–2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real‑estate or property management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
