Real Estate New Construction Listing Manager

The Wright Group is hiring a
Listing Manager
to oversee the ongoing management of our new construction listings while supporting the consistency and strength of our builder partnerships.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional to oversee and manage a high volume of new construction home listings while supporting strong, consistent communication with builder and site agent partners.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in operations, coordination, or account management who thrives on accuracy, timelines, and keeping multiple moving pieces aligned.
You will also work alongside a
Listing Assistant , helping to prioritize, delegate, and maintain quality across all listing-related tasks.
While leadership maintains primary builder relationships, this role plays a key part in
supporting those relationships through consistent communication, accuracy, and follow-through .
