Global Oil and Gas company is adding an Owner Relations Analyst
Hybrid WFH Monday and Friday
Ready to hire immediately. Must pass hair follicle drug test.
Responsibilities
Setup and Update Dynamic Tickets for all incoming items. Performs owner account updates within the organizations owner system. Assist logging owner inquiries. Assist in monitoring owner relations inbox. Assist with the mail process. Open, Scan and prepare Dynamic Tickets. Assists with documentation requests to cure title obligations. Assist with special projects within the department. Collaborate with team members. Communicates internally within team and externally with owners, vendors and other customers. Perform assigned tasks. Follow company standards, processes, and practices of the Division Order Team. Effectively works across discipline boundaries (e.g. Land Operations, Accounting, Marketing). Communicates with the legal department when necessary. Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn other computer applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Knowledge and experience using SAP a plus. Ability to work under deadlines and sometimes on multiple projects. Handle confidential and proprietary company data and information. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Knowledge of basic land principles and their application with the ability to analyze land data for the entry into the land data management system. General understanding of land terminology, contracts, and their uses with the ability to work on projects of increased complexity under general direction. 2+ years relevant Division Order experience. Bachelor’s degree required
