Land Admin Specialist
We are seeking a Land Admin Specialist to support Division Order and Land Administration functions. This role is responsible for managing owner inquiries, maintaining accurate owner records, and supporting land-related documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have Division Order experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
Set up and manage dynamic tickets for all incoming owner-related items Update and maintain owner accounts within Oxy's internal systems Log and track owner inquiries and assist in monitoring the owner relations inbox Process incoming mail, including opening, scanning, and creating tickets Support documentation requests to cure title requirements Assist with special projects within the Land/Division Order team Communicate with internal teams (Land, Accounting, Marketing) and external stakeholders (owners, vendors) Partner with Legal as needed to resolve ownership or title-related issues Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and data confidentiality requirements Qualifications
2+ years of Division Order / Owner Relations experience (required) Bachelor's degree (required) Basic understanding of land principles, ownership, and title processes Familiarity with land terminology, contracts, and ownership records Experience with SAP (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, agility and fit for duty
