As an Entry‑Level Sales & Leadership Development Associate, you’ll represent nationally recognized nonprofit clients in face‑to‑face campaigns. This role is ideal for recent graduates, former athletes, or competitive individuals looking to build real‑world sales, communication, and leadership skills. Qualifications

Entry-level candidates and recent college graduates (all majors welcome) Former athletes, team leaders, or individuals with competitive backgrounds preferred Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset Coachable, reliable, and performance-driven Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments Interest in sales, leadership development, marketing, or nonprofit work Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred No prior sales or marketing experience required — training is provided.
