Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Westlake, OH. The Showroom Manager (Sales & Operations Lead) is responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, maintaining a high standard of customer experience, and leading sales efforts. Responsibilities include managing the showroom team, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with installation teams, and driving revenue growth by effectively showcasing products and services. Additional tasks include maintaining inventory, strategizing to improve operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and ensuring an excellent Customer Experience

Proven sales skills, with the ability to effectively promote products and close sales

Knowledge of managing and maintaining Showrooms, including product presentation and inventory management

Strong leadership and team management skills to drive a positive and productive work environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting

Background in fireplace, outdoor living, or masonry solutions is a plus

Preferred Experience

Retail showroom or sales experience

CRM or scheduling software experience

Sketchup or design software knowledge

Experience using Quickbooks

What You’ll Do

Greet and engage showroom customers with confidence and professionalism

Build estimates and guide customers through product selections

Follow up on all leads (phone, email, walk-ins)

Answer phones and schedule appointments

Coordinate with installation and service teams

Track job progress and communicate updates

Enter orders, invoices, and assist with payment processing

Maintain a clean, polished, high-end showroom environment

Compensation

Base salary + commission ($70-$120K earning potential in first year)

High earning potential for top performers

Schedule

Full-time

Includes some Saturdays (9-2)
