About the Role As a Customer Experience & Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting CareGard’s agents and dealers. You’ll build strong relationships, lead onboarding, address partner needs, and help drive operational excellence across the business.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of agents and dealers

Lead onboarding and support partners throughout the customer lifecycle

Resolve issues quickly and deliver an exceptional experience at every touchpoint

Collaborate with sales, accounting, claims, and operations teams to support partner needs

Assist with product launches, process improvements, and cross‑functional initiatives

Review and distribute monthly commission statements and support data accuracy

Contribute to reporting, business reviews, and performance insights

Manage the Support inbox, onboarding documentation, and marketing material requests

What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience in account management, customer success, or a client‑facing role

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive

Comfortable partnering across departments in a fast‑paced environment

Bonus: Experience in automotive, warranty, insurance, or F&I
