Our client is the largest North American Customs Brokerage and Global Trade Compliance company. We are hiring an Account Executive to join their team. This is a true hunting role designed for sellers who want full territory ownership and real upside.
What you will be selling Customs brokerage helps companies legally bring goods across borders. Importers must follow strict regulations, file accurate documentation, and pay the correct duties and taxes. This role sells the expertise and infrastructure that ensures shipments clear customs smoothly and on time.
What you will do
Own a defined territory end-to-end and build pipeline from scratch
Prospect net-new clients through outbound outreach
Lead consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders
Quarterback complex sales cycles from first meeting through close
Manage a disciplined, well‑forecasted pipeline in CRM
Partner with internal pricing, compliance, and operations teams
Who succeeds in this role
Strong hunter with a proven consultative selling approach
Comfortable creating opportunities without relying on inbound leads
Logistics, supply chain, or trade experience is helpful but not required
Compensation
Base salary:
$100,000 to $105,000 - OTE is $200K
3 Month Guarantee commissions
First-year ramp:
Typically around $50,000 in variable compensation
