About the Role Join Longbridge’s U.S. Broker-Dealer Operations team and play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our day-to-day brokerage workflows. As a Brokerage Operations Analyst, you will support trade processing, account onboarding, funding operations, and reconciliations within a fast-growing fintech environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional (1–3 years of experience) to build a long-term career in brokerage operations, financial services, and fintech. You will work cross-functionally with Customer Support, Compliance, AML, Margin, Treasury, and external clearing partners to maintain operational excellence in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities Account Onboarding & KYC Support

Review new account applications for completeness and regulatory compliance.

Escalate KYC/AML exceptions to Compliance and AML teams as appropriate.

Support onboarding queues while maintaining SLAs and quality standards.

Funding & Money Movement

Support ACH, wire, and other funding workflows.

Investigate funding exceptions, returns, and restrictions.

Monitor deposits, withdrawals, and account funding activity.

Coordinate with clearing brokers and banking partners to resolve operational issues.

Brokerage Operations & Trade Support

Assist with trade break investigations and trade lifecycle monitoring.

Escalate discrepancies and operational issues related to trades, positions, and settlements.

Support corporate actions processing and related communications.

Perform daily reconciliations across cash, trades, and positions.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Support audit preparation, documentation, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Customer Support to resolve escalated operational issues.

Work closely with Compliance and AML teams to identify risks and improve workflows.

Collaborate with Treasury on money movement processes and controls.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or brokerage operations.

Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable operating within regulated financial services environments.

Nice to Have

FINRA SIE and/or Series 7 license, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Familiarity with brokerage trade lifecycle, clearing processes, and reconciliations.

Exposure to KYC/AML processes within a broker-dealer environment
