This internship provides real-world exposure to Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and digital workplace tools while contributing to initiatives that improve user experience, process efficiency, and data quality.Interns will work alongside experienced administrators, engineers, and analysts in a collaborative environment to support platform enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and explore new capabilities. The ideal candidate is curious, technically inclined, and interested in learning how enterprise systems support day-to-day business functions.**Key Duties*** Assist with configuration, testing, and support of Salesforce and Microsoft 365 applications* Support digital workplace tools such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and related collaboration solutions* Help document system processes, configurations, and user guides* Assist with testing new features, enhancements, and platform updates* Research platform capabilities, best practices, and improvement opportunities* Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to understand requirements and support solutions* Participate in working sessions, knowledge-sharing activities, and team discussions* Hone Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting skills through hands on troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis**Requirements*** Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program* Major in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field* 3.0 overall GPA* Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future* Interest in enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and digital collaboration tools* Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, or SharePoint* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organization skills* Demonstrated initiative both independently and within a team environment* Strong verbal and written communication skills**Potential Projects*** Assist with Salesforce data cleanup, reporting, or dashboard support* Support creation or enhancement of SharePoint Online sites or digital workspace pages* Help test and document Microsoft 365 or Salesforce enhancements* Research and recommend process improvements or platform automation opportunities* Other duties as assignedAll applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal and civil background check, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.Work-at-home requirements* Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.* A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.* Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms* Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.* A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA informationWhile this is a remote opportunity, at this time G.E.H.A does not hire employees from U.S. territories or the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Maine.Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
G.E.H.A considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.The hiring range for this position is $43,160 - $54,600 USD. At G.E.H.A, the current maximum salary for this role is $60,840 USD.
