Paid Media Specialist
to join a leading international creative and art materials brand. This role is ideal for someone who is digitally savvy, passionate about the creative world, and thrives on executing full-funnel paid media campaigns that deliver measurable results. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognised creative brand, executing paid media campaigns that inspire audiences and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
Execute global paid media campaigns across North America, the UK and France in partnership with an external agency Translate brand, campaign, and eCommerce priorities into actionable paid media briefs Support always-on brand activity, product launches, and direct-to-consumer campaigns Track campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and efficiency metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation Manage media budgets, pacing, and forecast reporting to ensure efficient spend Collaborate closely with Brand, eCommerce, Social, CRM, Email Marketing, and other cross-functional teams Skills & Experience
Proven experience in digital marketing, paid media or communications planning Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns across paid media, social, web, and email Strong analytical skills with experience using performance data to inform optimisation Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive French language skills and a personal interest in art or creativity are a plus Experience in global or multi-market campaigns is desirable Benefits
