The Associate Commercial Loan Servicing Processor supports our Commercial Lending & Operations team by ensuring accuracy in loan operations and delivering friendly, reliable service. This full‑time role is Monday‑Friday, starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending between 4:00‑5:00 p.m. (rotational schedule depending on the day).
Responsibilities
Board and maintain commercial loans in the Fiserv system
Assist with ensuring all required insurance is in place
Research and resolve payment errors; process advances, payments, and fee waivers
Balance general ledger accounts and prepare reports for audits/exams
Update loan account information and generate billing statements
Prepare loan modifications, deferrals, and collateral releases
File UCC continuations and amendments
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries promptly
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
One or more years of experience in a banking environment is preferred, but not required
