
Marketing Manager

nbkc is looking for a creative, strategic Marketing Manager who loves bringing ideas to life and making an impact. In this role, you’ll lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth across deposits, lending, digital banking, and brand awareness. You’ll collaborate with teams across the bank, create on-brand content for multiple channels, and use data to measure what’s working and what’s next.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support deposit growth, consumer and commercial lending, digital banking adoption and engagement, home loans and brand awareness.
Manage go-to-market plans for events, new product launches and feature updates.
Collaborate with internal teams (Deposit, Lending, Home Loans) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Write and create on-brand content for external channels, including digital, email, print, social media, and in-branch signage.
Pull Google Analytics data; analyze campaign performance, webpage traffic and customer behavior data.
Partner with agencies on certain projects for media buying, creative, event planning and production needs.
Ensure all marketing materials are compliant with bank regulations and brand standards; support exam and regulatory requests as needed.
Manage marketing and editorial calendar.
Support community engagement, sponsorships, and customer events as needed.
Work closely with graphic designer and project management tool to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of marketing materials.
Build and maintain strong working knowledge of nbkc’s retail banking & mortgage division including process, tools & resources, industry insights, etc.
Partner with outside vendors to manage and maintain websites in support of corporate goals and brand standards.
Ensure marketing materials support company brand and corporate standards.
Lead and manage the process of orchestrating community & special events, promotions and sponsorships as needed.
Serve as go-to person for compliance submissions; understand industry laws & regulations to proof all materials before sending through the review process.
Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field and 8+ years’ experience in digital or inbound marketing preferred.
Solid business communication skills with ability to interface well with all departments within the company and externally to represent the bank in a highly professional manner.
Project management software experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and be resourceful to find solutions.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Must have excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills.
