Our clients rely on us to improve their business processes, integrate key tools, and support them through complex transitions like mergers and acquisitions. We are expanding our consulting team and looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join us. We are seeking a skilledBusiness Consultantwith a strong background in MSP operations and tool ecosystems, such asConnectWise,Autotask,Kaseya, and other industry-standard platforms. This role is client-facing and critical to advising MSPs on best practices, optimizing tools, and managing system integrations—especially in M&A scenarios. Fully remote position, with a preference for hybrid availability if you're local to Altamonte Springs, FL (within 50 miles).
Responsibilities Advise MSP clients on operational best practices across service desk, billing, ticketing, reporting, and sales workflows Assess current processes and tool usage to identify gaps or inefficiencies Provide expertise on tools such as ConnectWise Manage, Sell, QuickBooks, Autotask, Kaseya BMS, and HaloPSA Support setup, optimization, workflow design, and reporting configuration within MSP tools Lead tool and system integrations during mergers and acquisitions Guide clients through data migration, process alignment, and consolidation strategies Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure proper tool usage and adoption Serve as a trusted advisor for clients undergoing organizational and technical change Requirements The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of working within or consulting for MSPs Deep understanding of MSP tools, especially ConnectWise Experience in M&A environments with a focus on tool/system integrations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and client relationship skills Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Great Team Culture Remote Position Unlimited Paid Time Off Opportunity for Growth and Advancement Including Certifications Health and Dental Coverage 401k with Company Match Why ProVal?
