$32.00-$37.00/hr. (+- based on experience)

Schedule:

Full-time, M-F core business hours

ROLE IMPACT The Corporate PowerPoint Specialist creates visually compelling, brand-aligned presentations and self-service templates that support enterprise business communications. Success is defined by delivering polished materials, maintaining template integrity, and providing responsive support to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, edit, and format presentations using advanced PowerPoint techniques, including Slide Masters and interactive elements.

Ensure all materials align with brand standards and usability best practices.

Develop non-traditional presentation formats such as booklets, flyers, posters, and postcards.

Maintain and update the EBC self-service PowerPoint template library.

Troubleshoot template issues and support internal users.

Minimum Qualifications

Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

1-5 years of professional PowerPoint experience in a corporate or B2B environment.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Brand asset management and template libraries

Corporate branding and visual identity standards

Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Experience working with branded templates and style guidelines.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
