Responsibilities The Marketing Creative Specialist partners closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager and Marketing Director to translate strategic objectives into compelling, on-brand creative across digital and print channels. This role leads the development of creative concepts and executes polished deliverables from ideation through final production. Working cross-functionally, the Specialist ensures that all visual and written communications align with brand standards and effectively support organizational goals.
Essential Functions
Translates marketing briefs into thoughtful creative concepts and production-ready assets
Leads projects from concept through execution, including design, copywriting, and final delivery
Designs and produces a wide range of materials, including social media content, digital campaigns, email marketing assets, print collateral, signage, presentations, and internal communications
Writes and edits headlines, captions, and short-form marketing copy aligned with brand voice
Ensures all creative work adheres to brand standards while introducing fresh, innovative ideas
Manages multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organization and attention to detail
Prepares final files for print and digital production and coordinates with external vendors as needed
Maintains and evolves brand assets, templates, and systems to support consistency and efficiency
Supports internal teams with presentation design and visual communication needs
Assists in maintaining digital asset libraries and creative archives
Research industry trends and recommends creative innovations to enhance marketing effectiveness
Provides creative input during campaign planning and brainstorming sessions
Participates in team meetings and contributes to process improvement initiatives
Serves as a liaison with external marketing agencies to support creative alignment and execution
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and recommend creative solutions
Supports campaign execution by aligning creative deliverables with timelines, messaging, and strategic priorities
Ancillary Functions
Assures adherence to Bank policies and procedures and federal and state regulatory requirements.
Provides cross-functional support to other areas of the department and the Bank where service or assistance is needed.
Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re‑designed depending upon individual circumstances.
Mandatory Training Curricula Training is required of all Bank staff as related to regulatory mandated compliance topics and courses required for specific job functions. Career enhancement training courses are also available. Please refer to course catalog and management for details.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva
Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
Ability to write clear, engaging, and on‑brand marketing copy
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to evolving priorities
Understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing
Physical Demands The physical and related demands described in this section are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job is mostly sedentary in nature, but may occasionally involve lifting files and other materials that weigh up to 20 lbs. Employees in this job must be able to work in an office environment during regular business hours where they come into regular and frequent contact with internal and external customers and other members of the public. Therefore, employees in this position are expected to have consistently positive interactions with the public.
Requirements Education/Training:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience required. Certifications in Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
Experience:
Three to five years of experience in marketing, design, or communications
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing both design and copywriting capabilities
Experience developing creative assets across digital and print channels
Salary Range $60,000-$70,000
