Number of Openings: 3**Home-Based Production Designer** to join our DCX team. In this role, you will collaborate with account managers, creative strategists, and production specialists to execute client projects, implement brand guidelines, and support internal creative campaigns. Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- **Technical Skills**:
* Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Strong understanding of vector artwork, production file setup, and print-ready formatting.
* Ability to scale and adapt artwork to meet production specifications across various product types.
* Ability to design digital assets for both internal and client-facing use (e.g. banners and store images).
* Sharp attention to detail, especially when working quickly and on tight deadlines.
* Working knowledge of CMYK, Pantone, and color-matching best practices.
* A creative eye and interest in design trends.
* Excellent organization and time management skills.
