We currently have an exciting opportunity for an

Email Associate Manager Temporary

to join our Growth Marketing team. This individual will coordinate the development and launch of promotional, targeted and customer lifecycle email campaigns. This will be accomplished by utilizing cross‑functional project management skills and digital knowledge; this role will ensure that all email projects remain on schedule, on brand and well executed.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

Leads coordination and development of email marketing campaigns from brief to operational deployment.

Works in partnership with internal cross‑functional teams including brand, eCommerce, creative, production, social, legal, and analytics to communicate campaign activities and to ensure deliverables are aligned and integrated into existing plans for streamlined execution.

Responsible for heavy project management across all phases of email creation and deployment; Includes the following:

Creation/management of all creative work orders, calendars and timelines, status and coding docs and reports.

Management of creative/deployment feedback through internal stakeholders.

Working closely with email production & data teams to convey mailing instructions, deliverables, segmentation, data, creative/deployment feedback, etc.

QA/testing of all email deliverables.

Contribute to reporting and optimization.

Manages digital communication calendar and works closely with creative traffic manager to ensure full end‑to‑end execution of all deliverables are met.

Looks for opportunities to improve processes and establish effectiveness/efficiencies across email strategy and campaigns.

What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.

2+ years email marketing experience.

Understanding of email best practices, metrics and associated KPIs; familiar with dynamic content as it relates to email marketing.

Excellent project management, problem solving and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects/campaigns in a fast‑paced, nimble yet deadline‑driven environment.

Excellent communication skills; present ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and in person.

Experience with technical/engineering/martech product management partnerships and API based emails a plus.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.

Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.

Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.

Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates in a hybrid work environment from our Dublin, California office or remote.

$85,000 - $112,000. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
