Summary of Role
AdCellerant’s Earned & Owned Media team is looking to hire an
Earned & Owned Media Specialist
to strategically support new and existing Local SEO campaigns. The Specialist will primarily manage Local SEO campaigns across various listing management platforms and Google Business Profile, while handling ongoing optimizations, reporting, and campaign renewals.
This role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to support clients, partners, and internal teams. In addition to Local SEO, the Specialist will contribute to department initiatives, support campaign billing, and assist with process improvements. Ideal candidates are eager learners, committed to excellence, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Campaign Management:
Manage a designated volume of Local SEO campaigns with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring activation, optimization, and monitoring.
Task Management:
Maintain an organized task queue within monday.com, demonstrating proactive time and workload management.
Client & Partner Communication:
Provide clear, consistent communication with partners, sales teams, and clients regarding deliverables and performance. Participate in calls as needed.
Billing & Renewal Support:
Ensure billing accuracy by tracking allocations and product details for each campaign. Assist in renewal processes with timely updates and insights.
Learning & Development:
Engage in training sessions to strengthen SEO knowledge, platform expertise, and campaign execution skills while staying informed on industry best practices.
Departmental Alignment:
Support team initiatives and project tasks, contributing to the department’s overall goals and growth.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in digital marketing campaign management, SEO, analytics, or advertising operations.
Familiarity with Google Business Profile, listings management tools, SEMrush, or other keyword planning tools.
Experience in a client‑facing or account management role at a digital company is preferred.
Agency experience highly preferred.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with partners, clients, and teams at all levels of an organization.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in project management tools like monday.com.
High attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Location Information This role is
preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office , with hybrid work from home flexibility.
Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high‑speed internet.
Compensation Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and bonuses, targeting a total annual compensation range of $70,000 - $80,000. The salary is $55,000 annually. The bonus structure will be tied to campaign volume and successful execution and management.
