Exempt ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to create engaging, effective learning experiences for our organization. The Instructional Designer collaborates with subject matter experts to create engaging, measurable programs using cutting-edge technologies and instructional design principles. Responsibilities include developing interactive content and continuously improving learning effectiveness through data-driven insights. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, the Learning Architect empowers employees at all career stages to achieve their highest potential and contribute to the organization’s success. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop instructional materials, including e‑learning modules, instructor-led training, guides, job aids, assessment tools, and storyboards. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance. Apply instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s taxonomy, adult learning theory) to structure content effectively. Design assessments and evaluations to measure learning impact, then refine materials based on performance data. Utilize our L&D authoring tools, RISE, Articulate Storyline, Adobe, Vyond and Litmos to build interactive programs. Maintain project timelines, documentation, and version control throughout content development. Create innovative, adult-oriented learning solutions that encourage employees to achieve the highest business impact. Stay current on emerging learning technologies, multimedia trends, and best practices to continuously improve instructional effectiveness. Maintain and update learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS). Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint pages to organize and deliver learning resources, ensuring intuitive navigation, accessibility, and alignment with organizational branding and content management standards. Other responsibilities as assigned. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in instructional design Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe, Vyond). Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva). Experience using LMS platforms (Litmos and SAP) and managing digital course content. Background in handling blended learning, virtual instructor-led training, or hybrid delivery formats. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Strong project management skills: ability to lead content concept through delivery. Demonstrates agility and resilience in adapting to shifting priorities and dynamic business needs. Possess strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate across different levels of an organization PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time. WORK SCHEDULE
