Communications Manager

The Communications Manager supports leader communications initiatives for doTERRA’s Wellness Advocate community. This role plays a key part in executing clear, timely, and strategic communications that inform and align our field leaders. Working closely with the Director of Communications and cross-functional teams, this individual project manages high-impact messaging across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in voice, accuracy of information, and strong engagement across our global leader audience. This role collaborates closely with marketing to ensure accurate communication and messaging consistency across all marketing communications related content. This position serves as a channel owner for designated communication platforms and helps drive alignment between corporate strategy and field execution.

Core Responsibilities:

Draft, publish, and manage posts related to promotions, corporate calls, incentives, and events across Wellness Advocate communication platforms

Send timely email and app-based reminders for leadership calls, trainings, and key corporate announcements

Manage and moderate Wellness Advocate community mastermind pages, serving as a group Administrator

Project manage leader newsletters and other corporate communications distributed to the Wellness Advocate field

Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, events, sales, and executive teams to gather and align messaging

Serve as channel owner for Team App, WhatsApp communities, and other designated leader communication platforms

Maintain communication calendars and ensure messaging cadence aligns with company priorities

Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to optimize leader communication strategies

Travel to corporate events, leadership events, and trainings as needed to support on-site communications and execution

Ensure brand voice, tone, and compliance standards are upheld across all leader-facing and marketing communications

Qualifications & Experience:

5-8 years of experience in corporate communications, field communications, marketing communications, or related roles

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field preferred

Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel communication platforms and digital communities

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailExperience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders

Ability to interpret business strategy and translate it into clear, actionable messaging for field audiences

Experience supporting events or traveling in support of corporate communications initiatives preferred
