Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role corporate office located in Cincinnati, OH, with the flexibility to work remotely. The Channel Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and driving revenue through partner networks. Tasks include identifying and recruiting new channel partners, managing partner performance, providing training and support, and developing strategic sales initiatives. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
Experience in Channel Sales, including recruiting, developing, and managing channel partnerships
Strong skills in building and maintaining client and partner relationships, with an emphasis on Communication and Customer Service
Demonstrated ability in Sales and achieving revenue targets through partner networks
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM and sales tools is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with strong time management skills
