to be a driver of brand execution. You’ll partner with our national team, creative agencies, and field operations to ensure our brand doesn’t just show up—it stands out.
What You’ll Drive (The Role) Marketing Coordinator: Help Fuel Our Growth & Shape Our Story
Orchestrate Campaigns:
Aid in the planning, coordinating, and optimizing of high-impact marketing across digital, social, in-store, and mobile app channels.
Content & Creative:
Collaborate with teams to bring fresh content to life, ensuring every deliverable is on-brand and on-time.
Insights into Action:
Use data dashboards and reporting tools to track performance, turning numbers into narratives that grow the business.
Brand Guardrails:
Be the champion of our brand standards, ensuring consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
Event & Community Impact:
Bring the brand to life through sponsorship activations, partnerships, and local outreach.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct competitive research and track market intrusions to keep us two steps ahead.
Social Ownership:
Help develop editorial calendars, monitor social engagement and implement content strategies that protect and promote our brand reputation, and working with ambassadors and influencers.
Who You Are (The Talent)
Experience:
You have a solid foundation in marketing or advertising (agency or corporate).
Retail Savvy:
Experience in multi‑unit retail marketing or operations is a major plus.
Organized Agility:
You have a "blueprint" mindset—meticulous with details and master of the marketing calendar.
Clear POV:
You don’t just take orders; you bring fresh insights and creative options to the table every single day.
Communicator:
You can distill complex campaign matrices into clear directives for our field and franchise teams.
